The rights of citizenship go hand in hand with the responsibilities of citizenship. If an individual can not show that they have a head for responsibility, it should not be granted to them. A reward system is more effective than a penal system. The prime responsibility should be that all people are supported with equal chance of attaining full rights of citizenship. It should become commonly accepted that individuals who shirk their responsibilities should be disenfranchised from their rights. Once a person has been enfranchised with all the rights of a citizen the issue of take state punishment should not be taken lightly. Noachites should be serious when it comes to promoting due process and the rule of law and oppose anything which undermines the rule of law.

Noachites should always seek to support and complement the Justice systems which have already been established in the world through their continued development through elegant refinement.
