UNC inc. thought long and hard about a platform rooted in history based around the seven principles which it could use as a model broad enough to incorporate Noachite Councils from all over the world representing the full range of local ethnic diversities. As a result of encouraging the input of participants from the Tosafist Petrine Nizari tradition, the Final Arabic Version of the Qeryana Ha Kefa proved to be most effective for this purpous.

The Qeryana first appears in written form in Arabia in the early part of the 7th century among a community of Persian "God-fearers" who clung to a Hashemite so-called "Apostate" clergy which (having been evicted from Nisibis at the end of the 6th century as Babai the Great began to establish the "Nestorian" Church of the East) was in search of the آل عمران δεσπόσυνος who had left Seleucia-Ctesiphon in 345AD after Simeon Barsabae was martyred by the Sassanids. Critical discussions concerning the community's language agree that though they had moved into an Arabic speaking area, their main literary tradition was Mandic as the Qeryana was written in an early form of Arabic under very heavy Mandic literary influence. It is supposed to have been compiled by a certain Hashemite called Abu Kazim inspired by the practical yet spiritual common sense and advice of a Qaraite called Gabriel whom Abu Kazim had found.

The Near Middle East was The Hub of Old World activity where European, African, and Asian cultures mixed and interacted with each other. Being written for the diverse people in this Hub of activity in Late Antiquity, the Qeryana has much to offer UNC inc which attempts to be a virtual Hub for the activities of modern cosmopolitan Noachites around the world. Expanding upon the seven basic (universal) principles, with a Tosafist understanding of this Qaraite tradition, UNC inc believes it has found the lowest common denominator which can be used as a platform to facilitate cooperation between the diverse branches of what can be called "Arahamic יחידות" to bring about a new age of peace and cross-cultural cooperation for a safer and more secure future internationally.
